RajoFund is an online crowdfunding platform that enables individuals, organizations, and communities to create fundraising campaigns and receive donations.

RajoFund acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not operate as a charity, bank, or financial institution.

RajoFund does not guarantee the success, outcome, or impact of any campaign.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Organizations must have proper authorization to raise funds.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

All campaigns submitted to RajoFund are subject to review before being published.

Campaigns remain in 'Pending' status until approved.

RajoFund aims to review campaigns within 24 hours.

• Provide truthful and lawful information.
• Use funds only for the stated purpose.
• If raising funds on behalf of another person or organization, you must have proper authorization.
• RajoFund reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any campaign at its discretion.

RajoFund currently charges 0% mandatory platform fee on funds raised.

Donors may voluntarily support RajoFund through an optional tip during checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party providers.

• Waafi Mobile Money transactions are subject to a 1% processing fee.
• Card payments via Premier Payment Gateway are subject to processing fees determined by Premier Bank, which may vary by card type and issuing bank.
• Processing fees are separate from RajoFund and controlled by the respective providers.
• Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless required by law.

• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Misleading or false campaign information.
• Hate speech, violence, or extremist content.
• Money laundering or financing prohibited activities.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform.

RajoFund is not responsible for disputes between donors and campaign creators.

RajoFund does not guarantee that campaigns will reach their funding goals.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

Any disputes arising from the use of RajoFund shall be subject to the applicable courts of Somalia.
